Content may not be reproduced for commercial use without express written permission from FreeRange Climbing or our content suppliers.

FreeRange Climbing makes every effort to ensure information and images are correct and accurate, however, we cannot guarantee that product information and images are completely error-free. If an error is noticed, we will correct it as soon as possible. Weights listed or used for shipping purposes are a close approximation.

If there has been a mistake on the price of a product or the availability of a product, FreeRange Climbing Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product or products. The price of a product will be verified prior to charging a payment method. If the price is lower than shown on our website, you will be charged the lower amount. If the price is higher, we will contact you prior to capturing payment.

Effort is made to ensure your order arrives on time. Shipping is through Canada Post and/or another third-party courier company and is subject to their contracts which include email and text updates for tracking. FreeRange Climbing is not responsible for goods lost, damaged, or stolen once they have been shipped.
