Every Monday evening is reserved for members only, no day passes or groups. Mondays also happen to be when we set new routes ;) ->
Exclusive Discounts
Members receive a 10% discount on retail items sold in store & online.
Members also receive 25% off all competition registrations at FRCG.
New Route Mondays
New routes are set every Monday between 8am - 3pm. Although most of the gym will be unavailable during this time, the rest of day is reserved for members.
Early Registration for Programs
Members receive the first chance to book new programs before they become available to the public.
Vote on Grades
Members have the opportunity to vote on the grade of each new route in a set. You have one week to cast your votes and the grades are posted each Monday.
Loyalty Program
